1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pokeroff website and the services described below ("Services"), provided by Pokeroff ("Pokeroff", "we", "us", "our").

By using the website or requesting any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or the Services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. What Pokeroff is

Pokeroff is an informational and player-services company operating since 2006.

We do not operate poker rooms, casinos or betting platforms. We do not accept bets, we do not organise gambling and we do not run any game of chance. Games are operated by the poker rooms and clubs themselves, under their own terms and their own licences.

Our role is to provide players with access to partner conditions, account support and related services described in section 4.

3. Eligibility

The website and the Services are intended for persons aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age applicable in your country of residence.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of poker rooms and clubs is lawful where you live. Laws on online poker differ by country and, in some countries, by province or region. We do not provide legal advice and nothing on this website should be read as a statement that playing is lawful in your jurisdiction.

We may decline to provide Services to any person at our discretion, including where providing them would be inconsistent with a partner's rules or applicable law.

4. Services

Depending on the room or club, and on your country of residence, we may provide:

• access to partner conditions, including rakeback and VIP terms;

• assistance with registration and account setup;

• a personal manager for support-related questions;

• agent cashier services (see section 7);

• currency exchange services (see section 8);

• assistance with poker software and its configuration;

• access to free educational materials;

• access to freerolls held at partner rooms;

• a partner programme for those who bring players (see section 11).

Availability of each Service depends on the specific room or club and on your location. Not every Service is available in every room, in every club or in every country. Your manager will confirm what is available in your case.

5. Registration through our links

To receive Pokeroff conditions, your account must be created through our link or button.

You should register in a clean browser, or clear your cookies beforehand. If another affiliate's tracking is already present in your browser, your account may be attributed elsewhere and Pokeroff conditions may not apply.

A promo code is not required everywhere. Where one is required, it is shown on the relevant room card.

Existing accounts opened before you contacted us, or accounts opened outside our link, generally cannot be transferred to Pokeroff conditions. In some cases a transfer may be possible at the room's discretion — contact a manager to check.

Rooms may apply their own rules to account creation, duplicate accounts and identity verification. Those rules apply in full and are outside our control.

6. Rakeback and VIP terms

Rakeback and VIP conditions are set and paid according to each room's own rules and programmes. Terms differ by room, by country, by format and by your playing volume.

Any figures shown on this website — percentages, bonus amounts, thresholds — describe conditions available at partner rooms at the time of publication. They may change without notice when a room changes its programme. Where a room publishes a maximum rate, that maximum is not a rate every player will receive; the actual rate depends on the room's own calculation, which may include level systems, point weightings, missions or other mechanics defined by the room.

We do not guarantee any specific rakeback percentage, payout amount or accrual schedule. Your manager will explain the scheme and timing that apply to your rooms.

7. Agent cashier

Where the service is supported by a specific room or club, we may assist with deposits, withdrawals and balance transfers between rooms.

The following applies:

• The service is available in some rooms and clubs, not all. Availability is confirmed by your manager for your specific case.

• A minimum transfer amount may apply.

• Where both accounts are held under Pokeroff, no commission is charged for balance transfers. In other cases, your manager will state any applicable fee before the operation.

• Processing times depend on the room, the club, the payment method and, for new players in club applications, on the club's own onboarding procedures. We do not guarantee any specific processing time.

• Operations are carried out on your instruction. It is your responsibility to provide correct account details, wallet addresses and amounts. Transactions sent to incorrect details supplied by you may be irreversible.

• Rooms and clubs may apply their own verification, limits and compliance procedures to any deposit or withdrawal. Those procedures are outside our control.

We do not hold funds as a deposit-taking or banking service, and we are not a payment institution. Balances belong to your accounts at the relevant rooms and clubs and are subject to those rooms' and clubs' terms.

8. Currency exchange

Where available, we may assist with exchange between local currency and USDT, and with related transfers.

Rates are quoted at the time of the operation and are valid for the period stated by your manager. Blockchain network fees, bank fees and third-party payment fees may apply and are separate from any rate quoted.

Cryptocurrency values fluctuate. You accept the risk of price movement between the moment a rate is quoted and the moment an operation completes.

Transactions on public blockchain networks are irreversible. Please verify wallet addresses and network types before confirming any transfer.

9. Educational materials

Free educational materials are provided for personal use only. They are our own original works and are protected by copyright.

You may not resell, republish, redistribute or present them as your own, in whole or in part, in any language.

Materials are provided for information purposes. Poker involves risk, including the risk of financial loss. Nothing in our materials is a promise or projection of results.

10. Freerolls

Freerolls are tournaments held by partner rooms. Entry is free of charge and requires an account registered through our link, and may require completion of the room's verification.

Schedules, prize pools, passwords and conditions are set by the rooms and may change or be cancelled by them. We publish schedules for convenience but do not control them.

11. Partner programme

If you bring players to Pokeroff, you may earn a share of their rake under individually agreed terms.

Terms depend on your audience, the rooms involved and the platforms you use, and are agreed with a manager before you start. Statistics are made available in your dashboard.

We may withhold or cancel payments where a partner uses misleading claims about Pokeroff or partner rooms, uses spam or prohibited advertising methods, brings accounts that are self-referred or fraudulent, or breaches these Terms or a room's rules.

12. Your obligations

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• provide false information about your identity, country of residence or accounts;

• hold multiple accounts at a room in breach of that room's rules;

• use any software or method prohibited by the room where you play;

• act on behalf of another person without disclosing it;

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering.

Breach of a room's own rules is a matter between you and that room. Where a room restricts or closes an account, cancels a bonus or confiscates a balance for such a breach, we are not able to reverse that decision.

13. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• decisions, actions or omissions of poker rooms, clubs and their agents, including account closures, bonus cancellations, balance confiscations, changes to loyalty programmes and refusal or delay of withdrawals;

• losses incurred while playing;

• delays or failures caused by third parties, including payment providers, blockchain networks, banks and internet service providers;

• consequences of incorrect details supplied by you;

• unavailability of the website or of any Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any Service, and may amend these Terms. Where we amend them, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Partner rooms may change their conditions, programmes and rules at any time, and we have no control over such changes.
