This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Pokeroff ("Pokeroff", "we", "us", "our") collects, why we collect it, how we use it and what rights you have.

It applies to this website and to communication with our managers through the messaging channels listed below.

Pokeroff is an informational and player-services company. We do not operate poker rooms, casinos or betting platforms. This website is intended for persons aged 18 and over.

2. What we collect

Data you give us directly. When you fill in a form on the website or contact us through a messenger, we receive the information you choose to provide — typically a name or nickname, a Telegram username or phone number, and, for partner applications, a link to your platform or audience. Your messages to our managers are stored as part of the correspondence.

Data about your accounts at rooms and clubs. To provide the Services, we may process the identifiers you give us — for example a room nickname or player ID — and information partners share with us about the status and volume of your play, so that partner conditions can be applied and calculated.

Technical data. When you visit the website, we automatically receive standard technical information: IP address, browser type and language, device and operating system, referring page, pages viewed and time of visit.

We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Affiliate tracking

Pokeroff works with poker rooms and clubs on a partnership basis, and some links on this website contain tracking parameters.

When you follow such a link, the operator or affiliate platform may receive the referral source, a tracking or partner identifier, the time of the click and technical data associated with it. This is how partner conditions are attached to your account.

Once you leave our website, your data is processed by that operator under its own privacy policy. We do not control what third-party websites collect.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where it is necessary:

• with poker rooms, clubs and their agents — the identifiers needed to apply partner conditions to your account, to resolve account or payment questions, and to calculate accruals;

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or remove its connection to you.

Please do not send us passwords to your room accounts, full payment card numbers or seed phrases. Our managers will never ask you for them.

We may update this Policy, for example when the website, the Services or legal requirements change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
